Birth Circle Kirksville strongly believes that we can improve maternity care and offer a solid support system to pregnant moms and their families in Northeast Missouri. We are dedicated to working
hard and using our funds and our volunteers
wisely in order to make the biggest impact.
We appreciate any and all support!!
Easy Ways to Support Birth Circle:
- Become a member by attending monthly Birth Circle Meetings. Share your experiences and support
expectant moms by attending monthly meetings or joining our yahoo group.
- Make a freezeable meal for a new mom
- Be a voice of change in our community
- Add your organization to our list of supporters by contacting us. For more information on becoming a supporter, see Become a Supporter.
- Shop at Amazon.com through our special link. Click on the link below to shop on Amazon.com.

Even with the grant, Birth Circle needs additional funds to support our projects. We estimate that just the copying and mailing of our newsletters
and other birth information will cost several hundred dollars yearly!! Birth Circle Kirksville has several other projects in development that are
awaiting funding. Because we are an unofficial non-profit, your donations are not tax deductible.
We have several ways to help with funding.
- Donate items to sell in our on-line store or at the Farmer's Market. Supporters can also sell quality items in our store or at our
booth for a small donation of the item's selling price.
- Donate directly to Birth Circle using your PayPal account. Just click the button below. Donate as little or as much as you wish, using your bank account, credit card or existing PayPal funds. Don't have a

Birth Circle realizes that most of our supporters are mothers with small children. Because of this, we need many volunteers
who are willing to donate small portions of their time. If everyone does a little, we can get lots accomplished!!
We need volunteers to help with everything, including providing postpartum support for new moms, contacting supporters,and
providing research for monthly meetings.
Currently, we need volunteers in these areas:
- Providing postpartum support - light housekeeping, run errands, talk, baby care
- Follow-up contact with local supporters
